WebSmith (WWWebSmith, LLC) reserves the right to refuse to provide translation and/or localization services to any nonprofit or for-profit organization or any private individual(s) if WWWebSmith, LLC representatives can reasonably expect that WWWebSmith LLC's services may be used in support of any of the following:

• condoning, advocating, or promoting bigotry, prejudice, discrimination and/or ridicule of any kind based upon race, sex, gender, religion, culture, national origin, physical and/or mental disability, and/or sexual orientation;
• condoning, advocating, or promoting violence, sedition, terrorism, abuse, harassment, defamation, hate crimes, the exploitation of minors under the age of eighteen, or any other illegal activity;
• content that is considered grossly inappropriate and/or offensive, including explicit sexual depictions and/or foul/profane language.

copyright infringement
By contracting with WWWebSmith, LLC for translation and/or localization services, the contracting client asserts that it has legal right to any and all submitted material. Further, the client advises that it will indemnify and hold harmless WWWebSmith, LLC and any of its employees from any claim of copyright infringement.
